Buying a new home? We provide a thorough inspection of your water system. We do a visual inspection of your well head, water tank and water filters. Water tank is drawn down and bladder pressure is checked. Well pump is inspected for grounding condition, running and starting amperage, pressure and pump cycle. Filters are inspected for overall operation and proper install. In addition to the basic real estate inspection a well recovery test can be conducted. This test will provide you with the recovery rate of the well and ultimately tell you how much water you have. Water tests can also be taken and is highly recommended!
